N&M Catering ("we", "us") runs nmkitchen.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you place a catering order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Order details you give us at checkout: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, event date and time, the items you order, your payment method choice, and any notes you add (for example allergies or delivery instructions).
Your text-message choice: whether you agreed to receive order-update texts, and when.
Your cart: saved only in your own browser until you place your order. It is not sent to us before then.

We do not take card payments online, so we never collect card or bank details on this website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order.
To contact you about your order by email or phone.
To send you order-update text messages, only if you agreed to receive them at checkout.
To keep business and tax records of past orders.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the text-message box at checkout, we will text the phone number you gave us with updates about that order, such as confirmation and delivery status. Message frequency varies (about 2–4 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not required to place an order.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that help us provide our services, such as our text-message provider, is permitted. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver your order, and only as needed for that purpose:

our website hosting provider, which stores the order data;
our text-message provider (Twilio), to send order-update texts you agreed to;
our email provider, to send order emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including contact details, for as long as needed for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Stop order-update texts at any time by replying STOP.
Ask us what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
