These terms apply when you use nmkitchen.com and place a catering order with N&M Catering. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order on this website sends us a request. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if we are fully booked for your event date or your address is outside our delivery area.
We currently deliver within the Cincinnati, Ohio area only.
Some items have minimum quantities or are sold in set batch sizes. These are shown on the menu and checked when you order.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Prices are shown on the menu in US dollars. The total is confirmed at checkout.
Payment is made on delivery by Venmo, cash, or check. We do not take payments online.

Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy. Any dish may contain or come into contact with these allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about any food allergies in the order notes before ordering.
You are responsible for telling us about allergies before ordering and for informing your guests that dishes may contain allergens.
Food should be served promptly or refrigerated after delivery. We are not responsible for food that is not stored or handled properly after it has been delivered.

Program: N&M Catering order updates. If you agree at checkout, we will text you about your order, such as confirmation and delivery status.
Frequency: varies, about 2–4 messages per order.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Help: reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of placing an order.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
